« Ce n’est pas parce que nous sommes l’acteur majeur de l’international en Bretagne que nous ne sommes pas autorisés à en faire plus », commente Jacques Feunteuna, président de la CCI de Morlaix et pilote du projet de développement du réseau CCI International. Une petite phrase mi-irritée mi-taquine, en forme de mise au point à l’égard des « autres partenaires régionaux » qui agissent dans le même registre. Lesquels ? Il n’est pas cité, mais le propos vise à l’évidence l’association Bretagne-International et, plus généralement, le conseil régional dont elle est l’émanation.
« Nous savons ce que nous pesons »
« C’est nous qui intervenons auprès du plus grand nombre d’entreprises », poursuit Jacques Feunteuna en évoquant les 1.000 projets soutenus l’an dernier. « C’est cinq fois plus que les autres intervenants », ajoute le président de la CRCI Jean-François Le Tallec. « Nous savons ce que nous pesons, et nous sommes en mesure de faire des partenariats ». Des partenariats avec l’État et Ubifrance (ils seront officialisés début juillet), mais aussi avec l’étranger. « Depuis un an et demi, l’action de CCI International s’est fortement accélérée », se félicite Jacques Feunteuna. « Nous allons continuer à la développer. Notre but est de susciter l’émergence de 500 nouveaux exportateurs d’ici cinq ans et de les aider par un accompagnement individuel ».
Services et propriété industrielle
L’assemblée de la CRCI a défini deux autres axes prioritaires : un plan d’action en faveur des services aux entreprises (180.000 emplois, 6.000 créés chaque année depuis dix ans) et une sensibilisation-formation des entreprises à la protection de la propriété industrielle grâce à une convention de partenariat avec l’Inpi (Institut national de la protection industrielle).
